By using the Site and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or services.

We provide insurance education, coverage guidance, enrollment assistance, and related client support services, including but not limited to:

• Individual and family health insurance guidance (including Marketplace coverage)
• Medicare-related coverage guidance and enrollment assistance
• Life insurance guidance
• Dental and vision coverage guidance
• Insurance-based planning support and financial education related to coverage decisions

Important: We do not issue insurance policies, do not guarantee eligibility or outcomes, and do not control carrier underwriting decisions. Coverage availability, pricing, subsidies, eligibility determinations, and effective dates are determined by insurance carriers and/or applicable government program rules.

Information provided through the Site or during consultations is for general informational purposes and to support insurance-related decisions. We do not provide legal, tax, or investment advice. You should consult appropriate licensed professionals for advice specific to your situation.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into contracts to use the Site and services. Some services may be limited based on licensing, carrier availability, and regulatory requirements.

We offer services only in U.S. jurisdictions where we (and where applicable, the carrier) are properly licensed, appointed, and authorized. Our licenses may include, but are not limited to, jurisdictions such as DC, FL, GA, IL, LA, MA, MD, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, VI, and WA.
This Site is not an offer to sell insurance in any jurisdiction where we are not licensed or authorized. Product availability varies by state and carrier.

Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP. We may continue to send non-marketing messages necessary to service your request or maintain required records.

To support documentation, training, quality assurance, and compliance, we may record and/or transcribe phone calls and virtual meetings, with notice and as permitted by law. If you do not want a session recorded, please tell us at the beginning of the call or meeting and we will offer an alternative where feasible.

The Site and services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee results, savings, approvals, or outcomes.

We may use third-party platforms to deliver services (for example, enrollment, scheduling, forms, communications, analytics, and meeting tools). We are not responsible for third-party websites, tools, or their privacy practices.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, in our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles, and applicable federal laws and regulations.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Site with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
